The item itself is fine. But the information was not complete and I finished up purchasing the incorrect tip. The Samsung Upstage has a longer plug and requires tip A131. I finished up ordering the tips from IGO directly. I made the mistake of trusting this website that only showed one tip for Samsung.

bought this at a really excellent deal. I have been using it now for about 3 weeks now and it fell away from each other on me. I went to disconnect the plug from my phone and the part in the phone stayed in it. Thats not a very excellent product. I have not had a problem with any other IGO Tip. I am hoping that this is the only one that will do this.
