The product works as advertised but appears to be quite prone to a stactic-like noise. It may be line noise, in view of the fact that we are have a lot of problems while Verizon is switching over to fibre optic lines. Maintenance on our ancient copper wire line is probably low on their priority list. I have tried eliminating other noise sources (computers, etc.) by switching things off and nothing seems to help.
Otherwise it works well and is simple to set up.

I had extremely terrible cross-talk with another installed Panasonic at 5.8GHz on another phone line. One of the extension phones could not hold lock and would black out after ringing when you tried to answer the phone. The unit was so terrible I removed it and am giving it to someone else to try in another background.

The PANASONIC DECT 6.0 EXPANDABLE DIGITAL CORDLESS ANSWERING SYSTEM (KX-TG9333T)product description and product video did not represent the features accuratley, which is why I am returning the phone. This is a phone that I need to use for my work as a full-time telecommuter.
Had I known that I would have to pay not only SHIPPING AND HANDLING(9.66)but also a RESTOCKING FEE(12.99), I would not have ordered this Panasonic Phone. Lesson learned about this Seller and Amazon.

After I call a number there is no way to add it to my phone book – I have to type in the # all over again. So the lack of intuitiveness is underwhelming.
I deleted *all* my voice mail messages – still says “New voice mail”.
Estimate my expectations aren’t realistic. Estimate I am spoilt.
“I am a Mac, I am a PC” – right now I feel I got wedged with a PC – there are perhaps no Macs that inhabit this product-area.

This is quite simply the best phone we’ve ever owned. We couldn’t be more pleased.
