I absolutely like the product I bought through amazon. No other retailer could sell me this phone as simply and for the least amount of money. Only amazon. Thank you!

This looks like such a fantastic phone.
It is not.
It is SO hard to do everything.
There are some key things missing.
It takes a lot of steps to get anywhere.
There’s so much the makings in the two keyboards.
But it doesn’t make up for the aggravation.
Sorry, Pantech.

just got this phone for my mom and have been trying to figure it out for her… this phone is just not simple to use. not at all self explanatory, i can’t figure it out even with the manual. i have had numerous cell phones (nokias, razrs, and on my second iphone) so i am not a newbie. really choose with the reviewer regarding the small size of the upper row of buttons on he keyboard being too small. also i have been kicked into the web browser three times – which expenditure money, and she really doesn’t need more charges. it is going back – if i can’t figure it out, and if i can’t there is no way my mom is going to be able to successfully use it. maybe i am just disfigured with the iphone. i feel like they tried to pack to many features into a phone, and really forgot to make it user friendly. currently i can’t even find out where to plug the charger in! do i need to remove the case they place on in the store? who knows. not that i am the most technical savvy person – but i have never needed to even read a cell phone manual. phone is rotten.

I have had this phone in view of the fact that January and have yet to have a problem with it. It is sturdy even with me throwing it around a small. While it is bulkier, you can still fit it in your pocket and feel it when it goes off. Also, there has been no problem with the sliding keyboards (I slide them back and into the world when I’m really bored…which is frequent) and the screen switches perfectly when you change between the keyboards. Overall, I adore this phone and like how simple it is to use and its quick!

I like my new phone. It’s very user friendly and I never had to deal with the service provider other than to activate the phone….I couldnt believe the price and thought I would have other hidden expenditure when I received my first bill but that was not the case at all. I even recommended it to my friends and several have bought one and like it as well.
