Russian Motorola Milestone Not Adopted To Russian?
Motorola Milestone which is known in US market as Motorola Droid is still causing some troubles when being adapted to the Russian Market.
It’s not a surprise that when smartphones appear in such huge markets as Russian, the need of using the Russian as an additional language for the keyboard is just indubitable. The thing is that not all of the Russian are ready to use phones without it, especially persons who prefer to communicate in the native language and use for this purpose their own alphabet.
Anyways, it feels like Motorola Company tried to do the same exact thing… and failed to do so. The Russian alphabet which has 33 letters has a specific manner of locating the letters on the keyboard- the frequency of their treatment. Well, this is not the case with Motorola.
So somehow the Motorola phone masters managed to confuse the location of two letters that look similar to backward E. These letters which are “eh” and “zeh”. So now when getting this Motorola phones the customers will need to get adjusted to the new locations of the letters.
It’s fascinating will this cause any distress for selling the phone? Who knows? Anyways despite this misfortune there’s a touch else that the manufacturer has to worry about. It’s the fact that when trying to adopt the letters then forgot about one of the most ordinary signs- comma.
Isn’t this awesome? I would peacefully choose with this.
Let’s see how the manufacturers will be able to cope with the problems of Motorola Milestone and whether this wil turn into a scandal?
